Poor customer service with no delivery of golf cart
I paid a deposit for $2400 to receive a golf cart via delivery on 2.11.25. Since paying the deposit I have not received the golf cart and have received excuse after excuse on why it hasn't been delivered. I am now because I placed a negative google review, they are refusing delivery. I have requested a refund of my deposit and been told it will take 180 days to process. I work in the Finance and Accounting field.it does not take 180 days to provide a refund. R&R Performance has poor customer service and accounting dept. All i want is the purchase canceled and a refund of my deposit in full within a week and we can all walk away happy.
