I had an amazing experience. I booked the appointment online at 9:00 PM, and they confirmed the appointment by 7:30 AMand were at my door in the Shawnessy area by 9:45 AM the very next morning
They came right to my house, and the price was far better than the major competitors - about 30% cheaper than the quotes I received elsewhere.
My issue was the Samsung Galaxy S21 Black Screen of Death. The technician diagnosed it quickly and replaced the small component that connects the screen to the battery (I think?) Once it was reconnected, my phone was fully functional again.
Customer service, communication, and overall experience were outstanding. Special shoutout to Ron, the technician, for being professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended!
