Poor customer service
Very unprofessional customer service. I contacted them multiple times on WhatsApp regarding shipping to Uzbekistan for a 40ft container of engine oil, but nobody replied for weeks. Not even a simple yes or no. Ignoring customers like this shows complete disrespect and poor management. If you cannot provide the service, at least respond professionally instead of leaving customers without any answer. One of the worst communication experiences I have had with a logistics company.
