We have been working with Marcia and Brian since June of last year until Brian left. Due to the mechanism in the garage door that failed 3x – which is on your company – we were told that Marcia would be working on a new design, and it was agreed that this mechanism was insufficient to bear the weight of the door considering its depth, which is why it kept breaking. So your fix was lacking and as if you never solved the problem to begin with.
As proof, you installed another door more than 5 years ago on our dog cabinet and it has broken a total of zero times. It is the only reason we went with the garage door concept to begin with.
So, when you and your company failed to anticipate the danger presented by the pop up door in a high traffic area, and when we requested that it be replaced, we did not ask to have it replaced by a defectively designed or a door that was not able to be sustained by the mechanism you installed.
To have representatives of your company tell me since June 2022 they would work with me, then drag this out over 9 months, and then to have you say “sorry, but I fixed it already and it is not my responsibility that it didn’t take hold” – I can’t even.
