Not very happy Happy at the start when I paid for their service, I felt I was in good hands and they will recover some of the money, 10K. The whole experience was me having to chase them for some information and understanding was what going on with the case. To be told after several chase emails that they are closing the case due to there being no assets of value. Poor communication, feel let down and debtor can just get on with their life.
