Clear and user focused trading experience
Before starting with URFX, I mainly wanted to understand how the funding options, trading rules and payouts worked. After going through the information and using the account myself, I found the overall process fairly clear.
The dashboard has been useful for monitoring my account and keeping track of performance and drawdown. Trading has been stable from my side, and I’ve had no major technical problems. I’ve also spent some time using the analytics tools to review my trades, which is helpful when trying to identify patterns in my trading.
Customer support has been another positive. I contacted them when I needed clarification and received a useful response. The payout and profit-sharing side is also something I consider important with a prop firm, so I appreciate having those conditions explained.
I wouldn’t say every part of the experience is perfect, but overall URFX has delivered what I was looking for: funding choices, a workable trading environment, account monitoring tools, analytics, support and a defined payout structure.
