I had a really disappointing experience with EZContacts. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses that took over a month to arrive. After all that waiting and anticipation, I received sunglasses where the prescription was correct in one eye, but completely blurry in the other—making them unwearable.
I was told the delay was because they originally messed up my prescription and had to send it back to the lab. After all that, to still receive glasses I can’t see out of is incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the website said the frames were “in stock,” but it took over a week just for them to get them.
At this point, I’m not even bothering to return them because I don’t want to deal with the hassle or wait any longer. I’ll be using LensDirect to fix the issue instead. Definitely won’t be ordering from EZContacts again.
