Great Customer service again
We have had our broadband with Direct for around 4 years. When installing we had excellent, very responsive, customer service with an English speaker. Recently we have had some technical issues and once again the customer service really has been brilliant. Very quick, helpful, knowledgeable and in English! That is good for us as our Castellano speaking is very limited! I like to name people when they have been excellent, so, a big thank you to Miguel Pacheco. Our conversations have been very technical but each email he has responded within hours or minutes and without any problems, he sent an engineer with a new router. I wish all large companies had such a perfect service!
