products that dont work the way they should and the worst customer service i have ever seen
they sent me two dual flavor vapes that after a very short time started having only one flavor working . so i lost half of what i bought just because the software is bugged like crazy , then i looked into it and realised that the companies they have been having those problems with the dual flavor vapes for more than 3 years now so how insane is it that DNMN still sells mostly those vapes as principal wax pen option, truely despicable . on top of that , the customer service doent read our messages at all only asks for videos which when you send exactly the video they ask for , they block you so you cant message them again lmao . i tried messaging them on other broswers and ips and as soon as they recognise me and my problem they block me again ahahahaha , ive never seen anything like it and ive been buying from over 8 different sites , this one takes the cake for being the worst ive ever used and by FAR , and that s quite telling since is one of the cheapest ive seen, if your lack of service and product quality over rides the cheap aspect of your prices , then you really need to take a step back and look at your whole operation , sites like wtfcannabis willl give you so much more and youll also have great customer service . i will never buy from dnmn again .
