Caused scratches and paint is peeling after they did work on our vehicle Absolutely terrible experience. This company came to us to do a ceramic coating on my fiancé’s GMC Yukon, and the very next day the truck had scratches and areas of peeling paint. The coating job caused visible damage, and now the vehicle needs repairs. We’ve called, texted, and emailed multiple times for over a week — no response from anyone. The owner said he’d call back after speaking with his manager, but that never happened. My fiancé even filled out the warranty form they provided, and it’s being completely ignored. This business shows zero accountability or professionalism. Be very careful before trusting them with your vehicle — we were left with damage, no communication, and no resolution.
