constant disappointments abominable service. I booked a collection of a double bed and had to ring at half 4 in the afternoon to be told it wouldn't be happening. it was rebooked for the following week. exactly the same happened and I was told it would be happening the next day instead. I requested they guarantee that it be in the afternoon so I don't have to use up more annual leave but they were unable to do so. I was then told that they only had one job in cavan. they advertise as being a nationwide service but this clearly isn't the case. very disappointing service.
