TOP SHELF WINDOW...STAFF...INSTALLATION Unified just finished my windows in my home. First I met with Bob at the Baldwin office. I told him I have been to many window stores and received a lot of estimates. In addition, I told him I am about done looking at windows. I explained to Bob I don't want Renewal by Anderson because I feel 5,000.00 per window is wayyyyyyy to much. Bob stated you finally came to the right place. He showed me a OUTSTANDING double hung window. I was very impressed with this window. Now, I am no expert buy I did see, touched, and did my homework on windows. To make a long story short I told him what I wanted and a deal was made. The very next day he sent Mr. Ken who been working with Unified for many years to measure. Ken measured every window and took his time with many pictures. Thanks Ken. My windows came in around six or so weeks. Ms. Nathalie called me to set up a appointment to install. I told her i was in Florida for the winter. We came up with a date and I had to call her to cancel because I stayed longer. OMG Nathalie was sooooooo understanding and said don't worry we can do it later. We made a date and it was for April 29, 2026. This is what I like so far NO STRESS ALL STAFF WERE GREAT. On April 29th 8AM installers came. Mr. Cleve is first and his partner is King. I spoke with Mr. Cleve and explained what I wanted. WOW!!!!!! again NO PROBLEM. I just cant say enough how hard they worked. Ripping out 13 windows with many of them sliders which were double the size of the double hung. To come to a close I would like to thank Bob first. He sold me the windows and explained the whole operation. ( FEARLESS) Second Ken....he measured and I felt very confident that I was dealing with a true professional. Third Nathalie....thanks so much very being so flexible with dates. You are the BEST!!!!! LASTELY....I would like to thanks my installers Cleve and King.....for working their Butts off. These two are no joke and thanks for a EXCEPTIONAL JOB. If you are looking for windows and don't want to pay Renewal by Anderson prices. If you want a superb window with the highest quality....If you want a company with COMPETENT staff from start to finish. Believe me give UNIFIED A CALL!!!!!
