Dream for All Killer. Denied a solar lease for a first time "generational" home buying customer that has a CALHFA DREAM for ALL loan approved. Their last derogatory was 3 years ago! This company will deny people for assuming your solar lease. DO NOT use them for financing. People qualify for a new home loan but a solar company denies a lease transfer. What a joke.
