Professional Service Over Several Months I have been with the platform for several months and have appreciated the service provided by the team. The monthly cashback arrangements have operated consistently during my experience, and I have been encouraged by the account's reported performance.Gold membership has offered additional support, particularly through the account manager and trading floor team.I value the team's professionalism, communication and willingness to explain the available services and account procedures.I also believe it is important to review the relevant regulatory and product information before making investment decisions.

Really positive experience overall Really positive experience overall and I do recommend this platform. The one thing holding back the fifth star is onboarding documentation — outdated in places and I found conflicting information twice in the first two weeks. Had to contact support to clarify things I should've been able to find myself. Once past that initial phase everything has been smooth.

One thing I appreciated One thing I appreciated was that the manager actually listened before giving advice. A few things on mobile took me time to get used to, but overall the experience feels much more personal than I expected.
