Really positive experience overall Really positive experience overall and I do recommend this platform. The one thing holding back the fifth star is onboarding documentation — outdated in places and I found conflicting information twice in the first two weeks. Had to contact support to clarify things I should've been able to find myself. Once past that initial phase everything has been smooth.

One thing I appreciated One thing I appreciated was that the manager actually listened before giving advice. A few things on mobile took me time to get used to, but overall the experience feels much more personal than I expected.
