Friendly and caring Zoe has been so helpful; from the first session I felt comfortable talking to her about anything I needed to discuss. She would ask follow up questions which made me think deeper about why I was feeling certain ways. Zoe never made me feel patronised or like an issue and always reassured that things will get better. Would definitely recommend Zoe.
