Disappointing customer service
The business is not interested in resolving the issues related to their delivery partner. Even without proof of delivery and a valid signature or ID, they can not be bothered by the undelivered items. I lost over 200 euros because they do not see themselves as responsible for their delivery partner and are uninterested in whether their goods will ever reach their customer. Outrageous!
