Improved sleep using fitted sheet
I bought the fitted sheet for my bed, and the fist night was very strange, tingled most of it, which I've read is common, but since then my sleep has greatly improved, waking up before my alarm most mornings feeling very fresh. According to my sleep app I use, my sleep score has improved and the amount of deep sleep I now get is almost the entire night, compared to before. Not to mention I am also dreaming a lot more vividly. Definitely recommend the bed sheet for those looking to improve their sleep.
