Very disappointing experience. I made an appointment for my husband with this ENT office, and on the same day we received a text saying the appointment had been canceled. I then took the time to schedule another appointment and received no notification that the second appointment had also been canceled.
My husband drove over an hour to get to the office, only to arrive and be told that the appointment had been canceled again. No phone call, text, email, or other notification was provided to let us know.
Driving over an hour for an appointment only to find out after arriving that the office canceled it without notifying us is extremely frustrating and shows very little respect for a patient's time. We understand that appointments sometimes need to be changed, but patients should absolutely be notified when an appointment is canceled.
After this experience, we have serious concerns about the communication and organization of this office and would not feel comfortable recommending them to others.
