The evaluation raised my expectations The payouts here are real and the rules are honest and I want anyone reading this to understand that those two facts carry significant weight in my assessment. What they do not do is compensate entirely for a post funding experience that has consistently felt like it was designed to meet the minimum standard rather than exceed it. The evaluation raised my expectations and the funded experience has not fully met them. Three stars is the honest number that lives in the gap between those two things.
