Took over a month and terrible communication and still sent the wrong glasses. Then I have to pay to
I ordered and was told 7 to 10 days and it took a month. I also called several times with help and wanted transition lenses and even wrote that on my order. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me My order was processed and sorry for delay. I wanted to make sure of accuracy and went over my order and she said she seen it was a request for transition but I didn’t order the right color lenses so I would have to wait on delivery and then return my glasses and start over. Very frustrating as I wanted for a vacation and now I received them and not what I wanted and definitely not enough time to reorder in time for another vacation. Terrible customer service and communication.
