Great experience
We've been working with Andy for around 6 months now for our migration law practice.
One thing I'll say is that if you're expecting instant results in the first few weeks, that wasn't our experience. We started seeing improvements fairly early on, but it probably took around 3 months before everything really started gaining traction and we could clearly see the momentum building.
In hindsight that was probably realistic. There was work to be done, changes to campaigns, testing and refining things along the way.
One of the best decisions Andy suggested was building a dedicated landing page rather than sending traffic straight to the website. To be honest I wasn't completely sold on the idea initially, but I'm glad we listened. The landing page turned out really well and it's made a noticeable difference to the quality of enquiries coming through.
What I've appreciated most is that Andy doesn't just manage the ads and disappear. He's regularly making suggestions and looking for ways to improve things. Whether it's changes to the landing page, conversion tracking, messaging or campaign structure, he's always thinking about what can be done better.
The communication has been great throughout and everything is explained in a way that's easy to understand.
As lawyers we're not looking for hundreds of random enquiries. We'd rather have the right people contacting us and that's definitely improved since working together.
Overall it's been a really positive experience and we're happy we made the move. Looking back, giving the campaigns a few months to properly optimise was definitely the right approach.
