Don’t do Paris without a cooking class with Christian We just finished our croissant class with Christian. I am positive that this is the best thing we will do in Paris. My 18 year old daughter absolutely loved it and wants to sign up for another class. We loved every moment! Christian is so warm, fun, friendly, and entertaining!!! we did Farr more than I expected. I thought we would just learn learn how to make an we did Farr more than I expected. I thought we would just learn how to make a croissant but we made many variations… sweet and savory!!! We enjoyed wine and laughs and we made new friends from other states to boot! Besides enjoying the amazing the results, we feel so accomplished! Thank you, Christian! I can’t imagine a better experience.
