Above and Beyond!
I called Loon Roofing after I was informed by the crew hired to trim trees told me I had a hole in my roof! Craig came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and we discussed possible solutions. I received the quote, and to my surprise it was lower than I expected! Despite it being lower, I was not in a position to move forward at that point. I called Craig to see if there would be a temporary fix until I could proceed.. He came back out to review and indeed had the material on hand to “seal” the roof to get be by. All at no charge! And he even cleaned out my gutters for me. Not only was Craig extremely personable, I found him to be honest and trustworthy. Not something found in today’s world. Thank you Craig and Loon! I will definitely be calling you to replace the roof when I can move forward.
