Unreliable and untrustworthy service We had a terrible experience trying to get our LG dryer repaired. "Appliance Pros" claimed to offer 24/7 service, but everything about it felt like a scam. After being routed through multiple companies and phone numbers, a technician showed up in an unmarked car and misdiagnosed the problem, charging us $250 in cash. A real technician later confirmed the actual issue, which was completely different. Repeated attempts to follow up with "Appliance Pros" led to dead ends, disconnected calls, and no resolution. It seems this company connects you with unreliable third parties. Highly unprofessional and a waste of time and money. Beware.
