Not received 4 days post delivery date having paid for fast delivery I paid for delivery writhing 1-2 working days. 4 days later I still have not received my parcel. I contacted one pound sweets who stated delivery was attempted. However I also contacted the courier who have stated they did not attempt to deliver. I asked for a refund. Now have radio silence. The courier is in contact with me stating that they are monitoring the parcel and can see it has not been moved yet. I explained to one pound sweets that I paid extra for fast delivery as needed it for a specific date, which has now passed. Still have radio silence
