Rude Start, But Excellent recovery by helpful staff
I recently visited Luxuryx to purchase a brand new iPhone 13, and my initial experience was disappointing. When I noticed a small dust particle inside the phone, I asked one of the salesmen a few questions about it. To my surprise, he became rude and tried to bully me, telling me to leave the shop if I wasn’t going to buy the product, instead of providing a reasonable explanation. His unprofessional behavior ruined what should have been a simple interaction.
Despite the negative start, another employee followed me outside moments later and handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy. He apologized for the other salesperson's behavior and introduced me to Sheyed Ali, who took over and treated me with respect. Sheyed repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience and managed to turn my experience around. Thanks to his kind and understanding approach, I decided to go ahead and purchase the phone.
I’m grateful for the effort put in by Sheyed Ali and his colleague to make things right, but my initial experience certainly left a bad impression. Luxuryx is lucky to have employees like Sheyed who understand the value of customer service.
