You pay THEY DON'T
We have had them for over 15 years. No claims no accidents, my son had an accident no one was hurt I had an accident I was hurt. They didn't even pay for the ambulance, that would even pay for x-rays MRIs nothing. We carried a very good policy have been very good customers and they have treated me as if I ran into myself. I am now stuck with ambulance bills medical bills etc. I would not recommend them their customer service very harsh very uncaring. They will deny anything you need to feel better from an accident that you had no responsibility for. They get your money and then they run. They have examiners who have never examined you ever in your life. If this is the way insurance companies are run what is the point of even having insurance if all we do is pay and all they do is take. We are required by law to carry auto insurance why does the law not require them to honor their commitment to you as a customer when needed. It's worthless completely utterly worthless to carry insurance it only benefits the insurance company.
