SCAMMERS SCAMMERS: My 70-year-old father signed a contract with this company and paid a $10,000 deposit for work that was promised to be completed by the end of September. It is now well past that deadline, and despite repeated follow-ups, the work has not been done. We’ve tried for weeks to get clear communication. Grace, our point of contact, responds to emails with vague timelines and broken promises. One week she said they'd schedule by end of day. The next week, it was pushed due to rain. Most recently, she responded by claiming they've “done so much” to help my dad—despite not completing any work at all. We've since asked for the deposit to be returned, and were told no due to the contract—even though the company has failed to uphold their side of it. At this point, I’m genuinely concerned this business may be taking advantage of an elderly client. Their behavior is unprofessional, their communication is evasive, and they offer constant excuses without action. This experience feels like gaslighting when we raise very basic concerns like asking for an install date or accountability. I’ll be visiting their office in person today to try to resolve this. If we don’t receive the deposit back, we will be pursuing legal action. I will update this review with what happens next. For now, I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Update: Grace sent me an email asking to take down the review “or else”, I did not and said I can take it down once you refund me or complete the job. This was on October 9. It is now October 18, still no update. I have filed a police report, luckily was able to get Justin’s license plate number from the site visit. Have also filed a formal complaint to Consumer Protection Ontario and the Better Business Bureau. They are big scammers. Stay away. Update: Justin seems to be no long be "Ill" and actually wrote me an email. He said "Furthermore, I will not install any material unless I receive specific approval from the condominium corporation." Although he accepted a $10,000 deposit knowing condominium approval had not been obtained and would not be obtained. These guys are scammers. Check trusted Pilot for accurate reviews. All very similar to my Fathers situation. They will be dealt with accordingly and will not get away with it. Also notice and negative review they say its "false" with nothing else to back it up. Lastly they use a 3rd party to screen calls so current customers are ignored if they try to follow up. They also dont have a real business location, it is fake.
