POOR QUALITY FROM THIS BRAND! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
Do not be sucked in by their claims on outstanding workmanship on the construction of their cabinets. We have been repeatedly rejected on a warranty claim due to poor construction and paint discoloration after only 5 years since install. Immediately blamed installation. They wouldn’t even send a manufacturers rep out to inspect what is obvious…POOR CONSTRUCTION!!!. The company we used for our kitchen remodel came out immediately, noticed the problem and contacted Wellborn too.
Without an on-site visit from a Wellborn rep and using only photos I provided they immediately passed it off as poor installation. IT ISN’T THE WAY THEY WERE INSTALLED.
How is discoloration an installer’s fault???? Back wall of pantry cabinet is coming apart due to undersized nails. Again, how is this installer’s fault??
So DO NOT get enamored by their warranty sales pitch. They blamed everything on the installation when it’s not. Really second guessing our choice. Sounded good at the sale but a total failure on the warranty.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!
