It's the extra steps that you notice
So we ordered a hottub in August for October delivery unfortunately there were some issues with the install. The tub was dropped off but did not work on install. As it was late on a Sunday no way to get hold of showroom. However one call in the next day and they could not be more helpful very apologetic and as couldn't get own engineers out quick enough Declan arranged a local engineer to us to visit. Will came out fixed tub and did full install. Showed us how to use all the chemicals Declan followed up and even sent us a little gift for the extra trouble. It's how people deal with these small issues that really make a difference. Great service
