I had several issues with my insurance company throughout the process, and there were times when I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Dakota was incredible throughout it all. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and always took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. He helped ease my concerns and made sure I never felt like I was going through the process alone. Even Keith, the owner, personally reached out to check on me and make sure everything was being handled properly.
Once the claim was approved, 614 Exteriors guided me through every step. Their workmanship and the quality of their materials are outstanding. During the installation, they discovered additional issues that needed to be addressed to make sure my home would be properly protected for years to come. Dakota documented everything in incredible detail, and because of his efforts, additional necessary work was added to my insurance claim and ultimately covered. This even resulted in getting all-new siding for my home.
My biggest priority was making sure my home was safe and protected for my family, and 614 Exteriors gave me that peace of mind.
