Amazing Back Up Service Carbon Savers installed a heat pump hot water service a year ago and it had run faultlessly until Good Friday where it just stopped heating the water. I didn't realise until around 2pm on the Saturday. I got onto Carbon Savers website who said they had 24/7 assistance so I wrote a short summary of what was going on along with pics and also a copy of my original invoice. Within half an hour I texted by the Carbon Savers and asked to do a few tests. Nothing we did worked so we were assured a plumber would arrive by 8pm THAT night. Easter Saturday night no less. Plumber arrived and did what he could but it still would not work. He promised that by the Monday (Easter Monday) the unit would be replaced. I got a call from their sparky saying they would be there with a brand new unit by 4 in the afternoon. Bang on time and the brand new unit was installed in a flash and the broken unit taken away. Given the time of year and also the time I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon, I am astonished at the fantastic service. Bummed that the old unit broke but the back up was incredible.
