AVOID KINGSWINFORD BRANCH Booked to change a toilet, took an hour to change the toilet, they went out to buy parts!!! They don’t carry them on the van. They bought a pipe an isolation valve. You give your credit card when you make the appointment, they have charged £479 to change the toilet, no breakdown of cost and immediate payment! Now they won’t get back to me, DO NOT USE
