Poor quality and customer service
Ordered turf from this company. The first order was really sparce, so I had to buy extra grass seed to fill in the gaps. I tried to order a second lot online, but the website wouldn't load properly, I then phoned to speak to the lady in charge and she was rude and patronising. I ended up ordering a second lot and I laid it straight away, watering it every other day and most of it died. I contacted the company and sent photos to show how bad the turf was and they didn't correspond at all. Terrible customer service. Ended up having to remove all the turf and buy it elsewhere. Extremely dissapointed.
