Lost my documents. Kenna and her office lost my signed separation agreement and it was never scanned into the system by the clerk. This could have had very devastating impacts to my case. I wasn’t even compensated for a service I didn’t even get. I never even met the woman. I always dealt with a clerk. We had an appointment and she decided to take lunch instead.
