Extremely customer service
Yesterday, the customer service I received from Flower Trends on Quinpool, Halifax, was completely unsatisfactory.
I had brought my own vase as I was gong directly to the hospital to deliver cut flowers to a patient.
I asked the staff member if she would kindly cut the stems for me. She agreed but said they would then need to go directly into water. This I understood and I asked if she would put some water in the vase for me. Her response was that “this was not something they provided”. In a flower shop I was unable to get a cup of tap water? I was quite shocked and said I would just use the water from my water bottle. Her response was a shrug of her shoulders. Furthermore, their was no extra greenery added or a package of plant food. Very poor service for $100.00.
