I feel cheated & ghosted
I placed an order on the Invisalign website for a box of cleaning crystals & a case. The cleaning crystals box didn't have the amount of packets stated on the box. Very grimy & dishonest, especially for a medical company. I notified customer service & they said they would get back to me. They sent an email demanding the lot# & exp#. I provided this information and half a month later still no response from the company. I feel cheated & ghosted
