I would be happy to recommend IMC. We used their services when switching mortgage provider recently and they made a laborious process very straightforward. Leo Turley, whom we used twice before as our mortgage advisor, was extremely approachable and efficient during the initial stages, while David Brophy and his colleagues in the completion team also ensured a very seamless process, liaising with both the lender and our solicitor. IMC's online portal for uploading documents and tracking the progress of our application was invaluable.
