Terrible management
Although the staff team is committed to their role, management are 100% focused on a profit driven look showing little regard for their employees welfare. Senior management threat termination of role if fail to meet their unrealistic expectations. The contracts include questionable terms, such as a £400 fee for mandatory training if employees leave within a year, which was not communicated prior to the training. Management's involvement with the young people and their needs is minimal, and there is insufficient funding to support them. The houses are unsafe, and the support from management is nearly absent.
I would recommend not falling for the appealing hourly pay rate and run!!
