Don't!!!
I do not recommend this practice. Procedure was not performed as discussed and there have been complications. My family member has not had a face to face visit with the doctor post op at all. The staff are incompetent and the guy who does the financial work was rude to the point of harassment and overcharged us.
Update- I did contact "customer service " which is just went to a call center. No call back. I also contacted them through FB and was blocked. They seem to put a ton of effort into not communicating!
