Bread class We took a bread-making class with Chef Christian, and it was absolutely excellent! We enjoyed every second.. time just flew by. The chef was incredibly attentive, always present, and eager to answer every question. He explained everything in great detail and made the experience both fun and educational. You can truly feel his passion and energy for what he does — highly recommended!
