A person that looked more like a prison guard than an airline employee required a document signed by myself to allow check-in. He actually had a notarized document signed by myself, just not the airline one. On top of that he was travelling with my elderly parents (his grandparents). And no he was not travelling to Guantanamo. My father (89) nearly had a heart attack! I strongly suggest you walk if the only alternative is Viva Aerobus. Oh by the way I gave them a chance to apologize,, and showed me that somewhere hidden deeply in their website this document existed! I live in a former Communist country, but never saw anything like that!
