Terrible Installation Job and Ruined Furniture
I hired them to install a wall mount microwave. ***I am completely dissatisfied with the "installation"***
* The handyman was a whole hour earlier than the scheduled time. Communication was bad throughout. The guy was in a big hurry and wasn't properly listening to me.
* I asked him if he can install the appliance the same way the earlier one was installed. But the request was ignored, a hole was drilled in my cabinets and I was left with a dangling power cord that isn't connected anywhere and I can't close my cabinet.
* On top of that, I had to help the guy with lifting the heavy appliance; like why am I even paying you then? Also, my kitchen was left completely messy with screws and bolts and wood chips lying around everywhere. This was an absolute shit job.
UPDATE: Support contacted me and offered to fix the situation and give me a 15% refund if I can take down the negative review. After a lot of back and forth they didn't fix the situation. I paid good money for a service and did NOT get what I wanted. Stay away from this shoddy scam of a company - the reviews aren't trustworthy.
