Great service from a great Company We were recommended Square 1 from a friend after their own install, and their assessment of Square 1 to us was soon proved correct from our own experience. We initially met with Max, as a first quotation, and expressed what we wanted to achieve, and he went along with this remit, and helped us come up with exactly the system size, storage and income solution from solar energy. He was extremely helpful, and with no pressure sales at all, which we loved. 2 other quotes followed, and we felt very much as if they wanted us to go with certain energy suppliers and exporters ( beginning with O), and not focussing on what we wanted to do, and where we wanted the solar panels sited on our house. So Square 1 ticked far more boxes for us, with this no pressure approach, and also the quality of equipment they use for longevity, being of high importance. Max was still at the end of an email should we have an questions whilst we decided and got the other quotes , which is extraordinary for someone to do who hadn't "won the job" yet. Once we did sign up, the scaffolders came and did a great job, then the installers Aiden and John. In all cases, everyone was so helpful, answered any questions, were very respectful when working on our property, tidy and polite. Then there was Ollie, who came and did the commissioning and explained how it all works. Lastly, Imahl, who helped with the after install work getting the paperwork sorted for our Exporting of spare energy to sell back to the grid. Even in evenings since, we had messages asking if it was all O.K and working as expected and answering any questions we have. In this day and age, it's not easy to find a Company who is so engaged with their customers , almost to the point of being friends, and it has been a 100% pleasure to work with them. I have no hesitation in recommending Square 1 to anyone wanting solar energy installed. Lastly, when looking at the other quotes, and system equipment offered within them, we feel have got the best equipment based on our internet research. Square1 also happened to be marginally cheaper than the other 2 quotes aswell, even though cost was not something we put down as priority. Getting the system size right, with the right equipment, with the best Customer service from the right Company was our priority and we think we got it. More than 5 stars from us if we could !
