Good service, good product, warm tushy There was initially a mistake with my order, but they immediately sent me a replacement and it has been working great for the past two weeks! My family has been thrilled in particular with the heated seat. This is a world better than traditional bidets, and I am glad this all worked out. I'm grateful that they were so quick to help, and that it has been working so well ever since!
