Neville Hair and Beauty is truly my second home. I have been a loyal client for over 10 years, and every visit feels like quality time for me.
I go twice a week for blow-dries, and in all these years I have never had burnt or damaged hair. They take exceptional care of your hair and genuinely prioritise its health. Their expertise goes far beyond haircuts and styling — they truly understand hair.
What makes Neville so special is not only their experience and professionalism, but the incredible kindness and attention shown to every single client. Even though I have had to cancel appointments many times, I have never once experienced a complaint — only understanding, warmth, and respect.
In more than 10 years of visiting twice a week, I have never waited more than five minutes to be seated. That level of organisation and consistency is extremely rare.
I can honestly say they are the best hair salon in the UK — and possibly anywhere. It is very hard to find this level of service, care, and genuine hospitality. I recommend Neville Hair and Beauty wholeheartedly.
