Unprofessional and disorganized service Our class experience was terrible. Initially scheduled for 1:00 pm, we were informed just two hours before that it was postponed to 2:00 pm. After arriving and waiting until 3:00 pm, the instructor never showed up. When we reached out to customer service for help, the representative was unprofessional and clueless about locating the instructor. No supervisor was available to resolve the issue. This lack of accountability and organization wasted our time, especially since we had taken time off work. Overall, a very poor and untrustworthy service.
