I’m not satisfied with your services for several reasons.
First, I charged $235.59 for storage, which was not my fault and not something I expected or was listed in the contract when I initially signed it and hired you for this service.
Second, some items are missing, including a Turkish coffee cup and the top color royal blue and globe
Third, the luggage was not delivered to the apartment door as agreed upon. Instead, it was delivered on the street outside the building. The driver refused to help bring the luggage inside or even leave it in the hallway, even though it was cold and snowing outside.
As a result of these issues, I will not recommend your company or services to anyone.
