Stay Away from eDreams!
I booked an intercontinental flight and reserved seats through eDreams. However, when I checked in, I discovered that my seats were not the ones I had selected. Despite having a Prime subscription, customer support took over an hour to investigate the issue. Their solution? Take much worse seats and accept a refund later.
I had no choice but to pay $176 directly to the airline for new seats, yet eDreams only refunded $22. The same issue happened on my return flight, and despite multiple attempts to get the correct refund, support insisted that $22 was all they could offer.
TL;DR: eDreams mismanaged my seat reservations twice, offered inadequate refunds, and wasted my time. Never using them again!
